Please let us know as soon as possible if any breakage or damage occurs. Car Parking Each apartment and bedroom has it's own designated parking space. No responsibility cannot be accepted for loss or damage to vehicles whilst on the property. Pets Visitors are allowed one dog in Drumburn but must not be left unattended in your accommodation. Visitors must make sure their pets do not cause damage to property or to get onto furniture. Please feed them outside, feeding and water bowls are provided. Bed & Breakfast Rockcliffe cancellation If you have to cancel your holiday within seven days of commencement we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. If this is possible your deposit will be refunded. If this is not possible payment in full is expected. We do not provide insurance against this and you should approach your own insurance broker if you consider this advisable. Rockcliffe Self catering cancellation If you have to cancel your holiday after the balance has been paid, not less than four weeks before the start of your holiday, the balance will only be refunded if the holiday is re-let; the deposit is non refundable. We do not provide insurance against this or against loss or injury while you are on holiday and you should approach your own insurance broker if you consider this advisable. If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible. Cleaning The apartments will be clean on your arrival and you are requested to treat the house and it's contents with care and leave it clean on your departure. Heating Please use heating sensibly, turning heaters off when not needed. Booking conditions 1. No subletting is permitted without written consent from the owner. 2. The owner reserves the right to enter the house at any reasonable time for inspection, repairs, etc. 3. Charges are fully inclusive. There are no extra charges for electricity. The owners reserve the right to charge for breakages, loss or damage. Tenants should report any deficiency which they notice on arrival, and any which occur during their visit as soon as possible. 5. The owners reserve the right to charge for cleaning if the apartment is left dirty. The house will have been thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival and tenants are requested to leave it in a like condition. 6. Time is required between tenancies in order to clean the house before the tenants arrive. Occupation of the apartment will be given at 4pm on the first day of the let. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the last day of the let. An extra days rent may be charged if the tenants do not leave on time. |
